基于调查的农村住宅单体设计

基于对农村自建房的实地调查，了解城乡居民住房的不同需求，由下至上总结经验，把握农村居民的居住特征，进而结合浙江海宁新农村住宅建设的具体要求，提出了住宅设计的基本策略，并探讨了其住宅的可能形式。最终让农村住宅设计有的放矢，使“人性化设计”不致成为一句空话。

Design of Rural Housing Based on Field Survey

Based on the field survey of rural self-help housing, and the understanding of different housing needs of the urban and rural residents, this article first sums up relevant experiences, and with the acknowledgement of housing characteristics unique to rural residents and the specific requirements of Zhejiang Haining new rural residential construction, puts forward basic strategies of residential design, and investigates some possible residential forms. It aims to have a definite objective in view for the rural residential design, and ensure that the ＂humanized design＂ would not become an empty talk.
