焦炉烟道废气的余热利用

摘    要:介绍了热管技术、煤调湿、负压蒸氨等烟道废气余热利用技术,并通过对余热回收效果进行对比分析,指出独立焦化企业采用焦炉煤气加热,宜采用热管技术生产蒸汽(或负压蒸氨);钢铁联合企业采用高炉煤气加热,建议采用煤调湿技术。

Abstract:The paper describes utilization technology of residual heat from flue gas, such as heat pipe technology, coal moisture control, ammonia stripping under negative pressure etc. By comparing and analyzing for the effectiveness of residual heat recovery, we knew that using coke oven gas heating in independent coking enterprise should make use of heat pipe technology to produce steam(or ammonia s~pping under negative pressure) and using blast furnace gas heating in iron and steel enterprise should make use of coal moisture controlling technology.
