日本、韩国钢铁新材料研发情况对我国的启示

摘    要:在研究了日本、韩国钢铁行业新材料发展及研发模式的基础上,对我国钢铁行业新材料研发工作提出了几点建议。指出,我国钢铁工业仍然存在先进生产技术、高端产品研发和应用依靠引进和模仿等问题,需要继续大力开展基础性、前沿性的科研工作来不断提高企业的创新能力。建议企业逐年加大科研开发资金投入,并与优秀企业合作联合开发,同时先期介入到下游行业,将新技术和新工艺研发视为企业未来发展新动力。

Abstract:This article makes several recommendations on the new generation steel materials of China's steel industry,based on the present situation and the research process of new steel materials from Japan and Korea. Point out that China's steel industry still exist several issues. In instance,the development and applications of advanced technology and high-end product almost rely on the introduction and imitation. It is believed that the new generation steel will be developed on the vigorously knows from fundamental and frontier steel studies. It is suggested that steel enterprises should gradually increase research investment,cooperate with excellent enterprises,early intervene to downstream industries,and make the development of new technologies and new processes as a new momentum in the future development of business.
