摘    要:洗油萘含量是洗油的主要质量指标,洗油萘含量的测定方法国际标准规定有2种:一是采用蒸馏结晶点法,该法准确度和精密度都较差;二是采用GB/T 24208-2009规定的色谱法,该法虽然采用先进的色谱技术代替结晶点法,但在色谱柱的选择和定量方法的选择方面仍有改进余地。采用毛细管色谱法分析测定洗油中的萘含量。该法分析时间短,操作简单,准确度和精密度都较高,完全可取代以上2种方法。整个试样分析时间只有15min,可直接用于产品质量分析与控制,为现场分析和操作调节提供了便捷。

Abstract:Washing oil naphthalene content is the main indicator of quality. National standard determination method of wash oil naphthalene content has two ways. One is distillation crystallization point method, which has porr accuracy and precision. The other is set by GB/T 24208-2009 chromatography. Although the law adopts advanced chromatography technology instead of crystallizing point method, there is still room for improvement in choice of chromatographic column and the choice of quantitative method. Capillary chromatography analysis determination of washing oil naphthalene content, which has short time, simple operation, higher accuracy and precision, can completely replace the above two methods. The whole sample analysis time only lasts 15 rains. It can be applied directly to the product quality analysis and control, providing a simple way for on-site analysis and operation regulation.
