基于单片机的温度采集系统设计

摘    要:本系统是以89C51单片机为控制核心技术的温度采集控制系统,介绍了与DS18B20温度传感器组成温度采集系统的设计方案。本温度采集系统的下位机采用89 C51单片机为主控制器,利用DS18 B20温度传感器进行温度测量,采用数码管进行显示,并通过串口将采集的数据传送到上位机( PC机),通过上位机对温度进行集中监视和管理,解决了温度测量通常比较繁琐的问题,此测温系统实现了对温度数据的远程采集、处理、实时显示以及对温度报表的管理。

Abstract:This is a temperature data collection and control system which the core of temperature control technology is based on 89C51 single chip microcomputer .The paper introduces the design scheme that makes up the temperature collection system with sensor DS18B20 and 89C51 single chip microcomputer .The lower computer of this temperature acquisition system uses 89C51 as the main controller, the DS18B20 temperature sensor is used for temperature measurement and the nixie tube for displaying .The data is transferred to upper machine ( PC) from the serial port , and the upper machine is used to the centralized monitoring and management for temperature.It solves the complicated problems that often occur in temperature measurement ;also this temperature measuring system realizes the remote data acquisition , processing , real-time display of the temperature data and the management of the temperature report.
