| Abstract: | This paper introduces the technical scheme of a radio and TV monitoring and early warning system in Shanxi Province, the system can not only monitor the signal quality of broadcast and television over the 11 cities in Province, also has a commanding and dispatching function. So it can timely issue the security broadcasting information to the broadcasting unit. |
