| 摘 要： | 由于黑河地区特殊的地理环境,一般年份在春秋两季的气象条件下,易导致森林火灾发生。通过多年的观测分析发现,降水、温度、湿度和风力（速）等气象因子是影响火灾发生的重要条件。利用人工增雨改善森林外部环境,可避免或减小火森林灾的发生。

| Abstract: | Because of special geographical environment in Heihe area and the weather conditions of spring and summer in a year,it easily leads to forest-fire.According to many years observation,we found that forest-fire occuring is mainly affected by precipitation,temperature,humidity,wind power（speed） and meteorological factors.By using artificial rain to improve forest external environment,it can avoid and reduce forest-fire disaster. |
