摘    要:本文针对连铸方坯的凝固特性,对铸坯在结晶器及二冷区的边界传热模型进行了修正,取得了与实验相符的结果。本文还就计算坯壳厚度的临界条件进行了讨论,并首次提出有效坯壳厚度的概念,讨论了结晶器冷却能力、拉速等对坯壳厚度的影响。

Abstract:The boundary heat transfer model of a C.C billet in the crystallizer and the secondary cool zone is modified according to the solidification character of C.C billet.The numerical result calculated by the model are coincident well with the experimental ones.The critical condition in the calculation of thickness of billet shell is proposed first.The effects of cooling of crystall- izer and draw speed on the thickness of billet shell are also discussed.
