| 摘 要： | 研究了硼泥作聚氯乙烯（ＰＶＣ）填充材料的可行性，讨论了硼泥填充ＰＶＣ制品的多种性能，并与碳酸钙填充ＰＶＣ制品进行比较。实验结果表明，硼泥填充ＰＶＣ塑化性能、抗化学性能良好，其力学性能与碳酸钙填充ＰＶＣ相近，硼泥可以代替碳酸钙作ＰＶＣ填充料。

| Abstract: | Feasibility study was carried out of boric sludge used as filler for PVC,a variety of properties of PVC rigid products filled with boric sludge were discussed and comparisons were conducted between it and the products filled with calcium carbonateTesting results showed that plasticity and antichemical property of the PVC products filled with boric sludge were good,lts mechanical performance was close to that of calcium carbonate filled PVCBoric sludge can be used as PVC filler to substitute for calcium carbonate. |
