| Abstract: | In the field of attribute reduction, some kinds of typical algorithms in Rough set theory are studied. They are based on discernibility matrix, attribute independence degree, conditional information entropy and genetic algorethm. The characteristics of these algorithms are discussed, the problems to be solved and the future directions to be furthered are suggested as well. |
