焊管成品长度与中直径高频焊管机组产量及投资的关系

围绕着近几年国内引进成型机建成的4套610和正在建设的3套660中直径高频焊管机组“在线定尺”成品长度为6.0~18.5 m的问题进行了讨论。研究分析了生产成品长度6.0~24.5 m焊管“在线定尺”、“精整线定尺”和“离线定尺”三个工艺方案，推荐“精整线定尺”工艺。建议对以船舶和铁路运输为主的中直径高频焊管企业，将焊管成品长度定为6.0~24.5 m，与国内目前普遍采用的成品长度6.0~18.5 m比较，不仅对海底输送管线用户有很强的竞争力，而且精整线综合小时生产能力将提高15.0%~35.0%，而投资仅增加4.178%；对以铁路运输为主的中直径高频焊管企业，建议采用“精整线定尺”工艺，将焊管成品长度定为6.0~12.25 m，与成品长度6.0~18.5 m比较，精整线小时生产能力将提高30%~35.0%，而投资仅增加3.280%。

Relation of Quantity and Investment Between Welded Pipe Length and Medium Diameter High-frequency Welded Pipe Units

On-line definite length for the finished products is 6.0- 18.5 m in constructed 4 sets of Ф610 forming machines and under constructing 3 sets of Ф 660 middle diameter high-frequency welded pipe units ,this kind of definite length should be discussed. This article put forward on - line definite length, finishing line definite-length and off-line definite-length 3 kinds of procedures for finished welded pipe length 6.0 -24.5 m,it recommend the second kind of procedure-finishing line definite length. It suggested middle diameter high-frequency welded pipe enterprises adopting the finished welded pipe length 6.0 - 24. 5m,such welded pipes will be mainly shipped through vessel and railway. Compared pipe length with finished product 6.0 - 18.5 m commonly used in China domestic,it is not only with strong competitiveness,but also with finishing line production capacity increase 15.0% -35.0% per hour, but investment only adding 4. 178% ;it suggest middle diameter high-frequency welded pipe enterprises adopt ＂finishing line definite-length＂ procedure, and set welded pipe length 6.0-12.25 m,comparing it with finished welded pipe length 6.0 -18.5 m,its production capacity will enhance 35.0% ,but investment only adding 3. 280%.
