果汁废水特征及其治理的研究现状

摘    要:果汁加工处理废水属于高浓度有机废水。果汁废水处理的研究相对滞后于啤酒废水、酒精废水、淀粉废水等其他高浓度有机废水处理的研究,目前国内关于果汁废水相关的研究报道和工程实例较少,没有较为成功的工艺设计参数可供选择。因此,文中旨在对果汁废水治理研究的现状与动态进行系统的总结,供有关部门和单位参考。

Abstract:The waste water produced in juice processing is high density organic waste water.The re- search on that is comparatively more backward than that on other high density waste waters like ones of beer,alcohol,starch etc.At present,there are few relevant reports and engineering cases,and no successful technology design parameters to choose.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to make a systematic sum- mery on the current conditions of juice waste water treatment research and development,for the reference of departments concerned.
