摘    要:应用动力显式有限元方法模拟具有曲面压料面的压边圈夹紧及拉延过程时,在压边夹紧阶段,为克服工件高速运动时由于所受约束不足带来的惯性效应的不利影响,采用虚拟补实压边圈进行模拟;在随后的拉延阶段,恢复采用原来的压边圈以及冲头、凹模进行模拟,从而可实现连续快速地模拟钣料压边圈夹紧和拉延成形过程。

Abstract:In dynamic explicit finite element simulation of sheet metal forming processes, in the simulation of the binder wrap stage with curved binder surface,the inertial effect caused by high workpiece speed could be too strong to obtain reasonable results. To suppress the undesirable inertial effect and to quickly simulate the binder wrap stage,a virtual binder is applied by artificially extended binder surface to fill up the cavity. Then applying the original binder, together with the punch and die, the simulation of forming stage can be quickly implemented. Hence, the two operating stages, binder warp and forming process, can be simulated continuously and quickly.
