摘    要:利用扫描后的病案图像的特征进行预处理,加快识别和归档的效率。首先用大津法对图像进行二值化,然后用Radon进行倾斜检测,最后用数学形态学开运算减少干扰,用投影法框定待识别标题位置。

Abstract:In order to make recognition and classification more effective, the scanned hospital documents were preprocessed based on their characteristics. At first, the image was binarized by using Ostu method. Then the skewness of the image was dectectd by Radon transform. Finally, mathematical morphology open operator was used to reduce the disturbances and the projecting method was used to segment the header of the image.
