煤矿绞车电控系统的PLC变频改造设计

摘    要:介绍了一种利用PLC和变频器对现有的陈旧、落后、高能耗的矿山绞车交流调速电控系统改造的方案。设计了电控系统主电路、控制电路和主控程序软件流程图。进行了变频器和PLC选型,给出了一种PLC结合变频器实现S形速度曲线的新方法。该改造的实施有利于矿山节能降耗目标的实现。

Abstract:A transformation program to implement the electric control system of the old,backward,high energy consumption mine winch communicate rotor speed by now in using PLC and were inverter introduced.Designed the main circuit,control circuit and the control software flow chart of electric control system,selected the frequency converter and PLC.Give a new method to achieve shape velocity curve in combination of inverter and PLC.The implementation of the reform is conducive to saving energy and reducing consumption goals.
