三峡大坝接缝灌浆细缝灌区处理分析

三峡大坝接缝灌浆累计完成2 034个灌区，其中13个灌区因张开度达不到灌浆要求被保留观察。三峡枢纽竣工验收前，对这些灌区进行了专项检查和分析，对6个确认未张开的灌区决定不作灌浆，对7个细缝灌区疏通后进行了化学灌浆，是国内坝体细缝灌区直接采用化学灌浆的首个案例。详细介绍了细缝化学灌浆处理的灌浆方式、灌浆材料性能、灌浆效果以及处理标准。实践表明，灌浆效果良好。对类似工程问题的处理具有借鉴价值。 

Analysis of grouting treatment in minute joint area of Three Gorges Dam

2034 grouting areas had been completed during the joint grouting of Three Gorges Project Dam, 13 of which were reserved for further observation because the joint opening can not meet the grouting requirement. Before the final acceptance of Three Gorges Project, these grouting areas were checked and analyzed specially. It is decided that no treatment need to be conducted to 6 closed grouting areas, and the chemical grouting should be applied to the rest 7 areas, which is the first application of dam minute joint grouting in China. The grouting mode, property of the grouting material, grouting effect and treatment standard of the chemical grouting are analyzed. It is shown that the grouting effect is satisfactory and the experiences are valuable. 
