乌江彭水水库分期汛限水位探究

摘    要:在保证防洪安全的前提下,根据不同的洪水分期,设定水库不同的汛限水位,可使水资源得到充分的利用。根据影响乌江流域整个汛期降水的天气环境条件及彭水水文站实测洪水峰量大小和出现时间等规律的统计,将8月20日确定为彭水水库主汛期和后汛期的分界点,并推求了彭水水库的分期设计洪水。分析结果表明,在不增加库区淹没损失、满足水库下游防洪要求及不影响枢纽防洪安全的前提下,将彭水水库后汛期8月21~31日的水库防洪限制水位提高到292 m,可增加电站的年平均发电量约0.23亿kW·h。

Research on staged flood control level of Pengshui Reservoir in Chongqing City
Abstract:On the premise of the flood control safety, the water resources can be fully used by setting up different flood control levels of the reservoir according to different flood season stages. Aiming at the climate environment influencing the Wujiang River Basin and the analysis results of the measured flood peak at Pengshui Hydrological station such as the discharge and occurrence time in the whole flood season, August 20 is determined as the division date of main flood season and post flood season, and the staged design flood of Pengshui Reservoir is calculated. The analysis results show that the flood control level of Pengshui Reservoir was raised to 292 m in post-flood season from August 21 to 31, which can increase the annual power generation of Pengshui Hydropower plant by 23 million kW.h, on the premise that the inundation loss in the reservoir area won't be increased, that the flood control demand in the downstream would be fulfilled and that the flood control safety of Pengshui Reservoir won't be affected.
