水轮发电机组转子大立筋安装技术研究

摘    要:转子大立筋安装是水轮发电机组转子安装的一项重要工序,直接关系到整个转子圆度和同心度,对于大容量的大型水轮发电机组而言,其安装工艺要求更高。以金沙江鲁地拉水电站水轮发电机组的转子组装为例,根据其结构特点,对其采用了大立筋及热加垫。介绍了鲁地拉水电站水轮发电机组转子大立筋安装工艺及其与常规转子磁轭热打键的区别,阐述了大立筋安装的重点和难点。通过鲁地拉水电站水轮发电机组转子大立筋的安装,总结出了一套适宜于水轮发电机组转子大立筋安装的工艺和方法。

Study on installation techniques of large-size rotor studs for hydropower generator-unit
Abstract:The installation of large-size studs is one important process of hydro-generator rotor installation, which will exert direct impact on rotor roundness and concentricity. For large hydropower generator-unit with high capacity, the rotor installation is more technically demanding. According to the structural characteristics of the hydro-generator rotor in Ludila Hydropower Station in Jinsha River, the large-size studs and heated pads are used in rotor assembly. The installation techniques of the large-size rotor studs for the hydropower generator-unit in Ludila Hydropower Station are introduced and so are the differences compared with the conventional techniques of thermal keying of rotor yoke, and the important and difficult points of large-size stud installation are explained. The installation techniques and methods applicable to large-size rotor studs for hydropower generator-units are summarized through the practice in Ludila Hydropower Station.
