| 摘 要： | 旧城改造与保护一直是历史文化名城保护乃至所有城市新旧交替建设领域中的一个焦点。本文通过在旧城整合中的大规模改造与小规模更新五个方面的分析比校,提出了实施旧城改造与保护的可操作性观点。同时,简述了二者的统一关系,并提出探求综合功利的“适当规模,合适尺度”旧城改造模式。

| Abstract: | It is a focus to remake and protect the old city in protecting the famous city having long history and culture which need remaking. In the paper, analysis and comparison in five aspects are given on the large scale remaking and the small scale renewing of the old city integration, suggesting some views available on remaking and protecting while giving some simple statement about unified relation between two, putting forward the multiple and utility model , "Proper scale, proper measure" in the remaking of the old city. |
