中频电炉的谐波治理

摘    要:中频电炉负载在电网中产生较大的谐波电流,对电网的安全运行会产生严重影响。单调谐滤波器为容性,而中频电炉工作一般功率因数较高,因此对中频电炉的谐波治理,应兼顾滤波与无功功率补偿。根据单调谐滤波器的设计原理,设计了一套计算软件,可以理论计算出滤波器投入运行后的谐波滤除率及目标功率因数值,使过补偿得到有效控制。多项工程实践证明是切实可行的,实际应用也取得了良好的效果。
