摘    要:1 000 MW超超临界机组的工质流量大、温度高、压力大,其管道采用新型钢种,管道更长、更重,增加了管道吊装施工难度。文章介绍了宁海二期1 000 MW超超临界机组主蒸汽管道、高温再热蒸汽管道、冷段管道和高压给水管道的吊装施工工艺,可为超超临界机组安装工程提供参考。

Abstract:The 1 000 MW ultra supercritical unit has large flow,high temperature and high pressure.Its pipe system is made of a new type of steel and is large in both length and weight,which increases difficulties for hoisting.The paper introduces the design of hoisting technology of pipes,including main steam pipe,high-temperature reheat steam pipe,cooling pipe and high pressure water supply pipe,which can used as a reference for installation of ultra supercritical unit.
