| 摘 要： | 宁夏重点中型灌区有19处,是全自治区农业生产、农村生活和发展农村经济的重要基础设施。通过对宁夏中型灌区节水配套改造规划建设作用的分析,提出宁夏重点中型灌区规划原则、规划目标项目区选择、规划范围和需要落实的保障措施。

| Abstract: | There are 19 medium-sized irrigation areas in Ningxia,which are important facilities in improving agriculture,rural living and developing rural economy.Based on the analysis on effects of the water saving facility improving planning in medium-sized irrigation areas in Ningxia,it suggests in this paper the planning principle,target area choice,planning scope and the assurance measures. |
