| 摘 要： | 分别采用溴量法、肟化法和重量法对药物合成中间体３－ＨＰＥ的含量进行测定，并对三咎方法进行了比较，结果表明，溴量法操作简便、重现性好，干扰较少，准确度较高，适于工厂车间中间体快速分析使用。

| Abstract: | Bromometric method , oximide method and gravimetric method were used respectively to determine 1(3hydroxyphenyl)ethanone (3HPE) as a pharmaceutical intermediate.Three methods were compared . Bromometric method had better repeatability, it was easier and faster and was available for fast determination of 3HPE. |
