| 摘 要： | 对液－液萃取法制取高纯Ｔａ２Ｏ５粉进行了试验研究，结果表明，采用２０％Ｎ５０３＋３０％仲辛醇＋５０％煤油－ＨＦ－Ｈ２ＳＯ４体系并采取有关防脏化措施可以生产出合格的高纯Ｔａ２Ｏ５粉。

| Abstract: | Experiments and study on the production of high purity Ta2O5 powder by liquid-liquid extraction method have been carried out.It has been shown that qualified high purity Ta2O5.powder can be pro duced with 20% N503 30% see-octylalcohol 50% kerosene-HF-H2SO4 and using preventive measures against crud. |
