高纯氧化钽的研制

摘    要:对液-液萃取法制取高纯Ta2O5粉进行了试验研究,结果表明,采用20%N503+30%仲辛醇+50%煤油-HF-H2SO4体系并采取有关防脏化措施可以生产出合格的高纯Ta2O5粉。

Abstract:Experiments and study on the production of high purity Ta2O5 powder by liquid-liquid extraction method have been carried out.It has been shown that qualified high purity Ta2O5.powder can be pro duced with 20% N503 30% see-octylalcohol 50% kerosene-HF-H2SO4 and using preventive measures against crud.
