70m超大跨度钢结构栈桥的应用及优化设计

摘    要:胶带输送机钢结构栈桥在工业中扮演着越来越重要的作用,结合某钢厂直径为120m、沿圆周均匀设置扶壁柱的钢筋混凝土圆形贮铁金粉仓,对跨度为70m的超大跨进料钢栈桥进行详细分析,从结构体系方案、支座设置以及材料选型等方面对其进行优化设计。结果表明:该方案切实可行,并且取得较好的技术经济效果。

Abstract:The steel structural trestle transporting belt-conveyor machine play the more and more role in industry.Based on a circular reinforced concrete iron powder bunker with diameter of 120 m for steel plant project,and for this bunker,the uniform pilasters are set up along its circumference.The essay has carried out detailed analysis on steel structure trestle with long-span of 70 m and carried out optimization design by structure system, increasing the abutment and material selection.The results show that the treatment scheme is very practical and has got good technical and economic effect.
