| Abstract: | Dry machining is a green manufacturing technology. Also it is one of the new developing field of machining technology. The national and international research development of dry machining was stated. The method of dry machining and the research of tool coating were described, The structure, the working principle and its application in dry machining of hydrostatic slipring were introduced. |
