摘    要:21世纪,人类将有一半居于城市,城市拥挤的情况,将会比目前更为严重。本世纪末,世界总人口将突破60亿,21世纪将会超过一百亿。(这是个十分可怕的数字)到时我们将怎样去看待“城市”这个概念,如何去认识“城市交通”这个看似简单,实际却十分复杂的问题。我们要以清醒的头脑,认真地去思考,去行动。去创造全新的交通系统。本文就此发起挑战,对城市近期及远期的变革,展开大胆猜测,以此对人类的进步作点小小的贡献。

Abstract:In the 21', the situation of crowding in the city will be more serious than that at present because half of the people in the world will live in the city. The total amount of the world population will be more than six billian by the end of the 20th centry and will exceed ten billian (this is a very terrible figue ) in the 21'. At that time, how to understand the concept called "city-and how to deal with urban traffic problens seem similar but actually very comphex. We may consider conscientiously and act carefully to create completely new traffic system. This articlc will give to this challenge and make a boldprediction to the change of the city in the near and far future as a little contribution to the progress of mankind.
