高温矿井采掘工作面的合理布局

摘    要:从降温角度探讨高温矿井采掘工作面布局的特点,提出高温矿井采掘工作面布局必须与矿井热害程度及降温水平相适应。指出在高温矿井开拓、开采设计时,必须事先考虑到降温工作的需要,以保证井下有良好的作业环境。文章在对矿内热源分析的基础上编制了高温矿井采掘工作面合理布局优化程序,该程序包括矿内热源计算、风温预测、采掘工作面需冷量以及矿井总制冷量和制冷费用的计算内容。该程序既可用于计算分析同一矿井不同采掘工作面布局矿井制冷量及制冷费用,又可以作为矿井优化程序的子程序来使用,对现有矿井的优化程序起到了补充作用。最后对山东孙村煤矿-800m水平采掘工作面的布局进行了初步的探讨,其结果对该矿生产具有一定的实际意义。

Approaching the reasonable arrangement of mining faces in hot mine from dropping the temperature

Abstract:The paper put forward that the arrangement of mining faces in hot mine should\=be suited to the mine hot hazard and the technical competence of dropping the temperature, and the requirements of dropping the temperature considered before starting a mine design in order to improve underground working conditions. On the basis of analysis of various hot sources in mine, the computer programs of reasonable arrangement of mining faces in hot mine have been complied, including such programs as the calculation of hot sources, forecasting of airflow temperature, refrigerating capacity in mining faces and the whole mine, and the relevant cost of refrigeration, etc. The program could be used to the existing mine and as the part of mine optimizing program. Through the application to the design of mining faces in the -800 m level of Suncun mine, Shandong, the results of program is ideal and practical significance toguide the mine production in the future.
