| 摘 要： | 在9种不同的色谱柱上比较了苯系物6组的分离效果。其中以3.5％有机皂土—34和2.5％邻苯二甲酸二壬酯/Chromorsorb W色谱柱为最佳。固定液的涂布采用水浴加热回流法,柱效提高2—10倍,分离度达1.1以上。标样的水封保存实验,可使浓度在16天内保存稳定。

Among them, the column with 3.5% Bentanl-34 2.5% DNP on Chromosorb W was better than others. The prici-sion was within 8 % and the relative coefficients between in 0. 996 ~ 0.998 |
