| 摘 要： | 结合《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》、国内外施工合同条件、合同管理的有关法律依据等文件对在新的计价模式下我国合同文本、合同管理和索赔等相关问题进行了阐述.主要论述了工程量清单计价下的合同管理程序和构建工程量清单计价下的合同管理模式,分析了工程量清单计价模式下合同管理中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决对策.

| Abstract: | The article explores contract versions,contract management and claims in our country under the new mode of valuation,according to the rate standard of bill of quantities of construction project,the legal basis of contract version of construction both at home and aboard.The article describes the following several parts on the summary of bill quantity,contract management procedures under the mode of valuation,on the model of contract management and on the problems and countermeasure under the mode of valuation. |
