MW级风力机液压变桨精度的分析和研究

摘    要:分析影响MW级风力机中液压变桨距机构执行精度的原因,对其建立数学模型,并仿真运算。其结果表明液压缸中液压油压缩形变对桨距角影响较明显,液压缸结构原理性泄漏对桨距角影响甚微;但两者对最终的风力机功率输出干扰不大,可以忽略。进一步分析发现,由于液压油的可压缩性,液压变桨距机构具有良好的柔性,在稳定风机输出功率、风机自我保护和运行可靠性上发挥了一定的作用。

Abstract:The effect reasons of precision of pitch control in MW wind turbine are analyzed,the mathematical models are investigated and simulated. The results show that the effect of hydraulic oil compression deformation to pitch control is obvious ,but it is not for leakage of hydraulic cylinder in structure principle. And the effect of the reasons to power output of wind turbine can be missed because of the faint influence. After further research,the hydraulic-pitch-controlled mechanism has a good function in steadying power output of wind turbine,self-protection and operation reliability because of the flexibility of the mechanism.
