摘    要:试验研究了均热制度对3004铝合金板材组织和性能的影响,结果表明:适当的均热制度可以改善退火后3004铝合金的显微组织,使用较低温度退火即可达到材料所需的机械强度和屈强比,并且材料的工艺性能有所提高。

Abstract:The effect of soaking system on microstructure and properties of 3004 aluminum alloy plates was investigated.It is showed that suitable soaking system may improve the microstructure of annealed 3004 aluminum alloy,desired mechanical strength and yield ratio could be obtained by aid of low temperature annealing,and the mechanical properties of the material are improved at the same time.
