纳米晶粒硬质合金磨削加工表面质量实验研究

摘    要:以乙酸盐为原料,通过一步微波法烧结制备出了镍钴锰酸锂LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料,研究了烧结温度、保温时间对材料结构形貌以及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,在900℃保温4h所制备的正极材料以0.2 C倍率,2.75-4.3 V电压平台下首次放电容量为156 mAh/g,经过30圈充放电循环后,容量为141.65 mAh/g,容量保持率为94.2%;在电流密度0.5 C和1 C条件下,经过30次循环后容量保持率分别为91.2%、89.02%。

Abstract:In order to explore the grinding surface quality of a variety of cemented carbides based on nano-grain cemented carbide GU092, the nano-grain cemented carbide GU092, ultra-fine-grained cemented carbide GU10UF and sub-micron-grained cemented carbide GU20 conducts grinding experiments and studies the surface quality of grinding. The results show that the increase of grinding depth and table speed will increase the residual stress, and the increase of the grinding wheel speed will reduce the residual stress, and the smaller the grain size of the cemented carbide, the smaller the residual stress under the same processing parameters; The increase in grinding depth and table speed will increase the surface roughness, and the increase in the grinding wheel speed will reduce the surface roughness; under the same processing parameters, the finer the grain size, the smaller the surface roughness; cemented carbide grinding Plastic removal is mainly used in the process, and there are also a few brittle fracture removal methods; reducing the depth of cut and table feed or increasing the grinding wheel speed can improve the surface quality of the grinding process.
