摘    要:针对汽车多变量集成优化平顺性和操纵稳定性的问题,以某重型车为研究对象,建立了带有驾驶室悬置和空气悬架的整车模型。以驾驶室悬置参数和悬架参数为变量,建立了多目标协同优化模型。利用理想参数修改法确定了6个最佳优化参数,运用响应面方法拟合出4个回归模型,并进行加权,得到优化目标的最优解和权重因子大小。与仅选择悬架参数进行优化设计的结果对比,集成优化后的驾驶室悬置与悬架参数更理想,平顺性和操纵稳定性改善较明显。

Abstract:In view of the automotive multivariate integration optimization problem of riding comfort and handling stability, taking the heavy tractor as a research object, the vehicle model with the cab suspension and air suspension was established. The tractor cab suspension and suspension parameters etc.11 parameters were chosen as variables to design experiments, then the mathematic model of multi-objective collaborative optimization was established. The six variables were identified as optimization parameters based on the ideal parameter modification method, by using the RSM fit four regression models which were weighted to get the optimal solution and the size of the weighting factors. Compared with the simulation results where only suspension parameters were completed optimization design, it is shown that the cab suspension and the suspension parameters integrated optimization are more ideal, ride comfort and handling stability are improved obviously.
