Tencel织物活性染料冷轧堆工艺研究

摘    要:探讨了碱固色条件和CMC对Tencel织物活性染料冷轧堆染色性能的影响。经浓碱在有张力和无张力状态下处理的Tencel织物,K/S值明显增加,用纯碱固色的最高,加入氢氧化钠后,K/S值下降,且随着氢氧化钠浓度的增加,其下降幅度增加;CMC对提高K/S值和轧染均匀性是有利的。

Abstract:It is discussed the effects of fixing conditions with alkali and CMC on the cold pad batch dyeability of Tencel fabrics with reactive dyes. The K/S value of the Tencel fabrics treated with concentrated alkali in the state of tension or tension freeincreasesobviously, and that treated with pure alkali is the highest. After adding sodium hydroxide, the K/S value decreases, and the decrease range rises with the increase of sodium hydroxide. Also, CMC is helpful in raising the K/S value and the dyeing evenness.
