| 摘 要： | 对ZPG - 2型和转V型喷射机的结构、性能等关键性问题进行了分析研究 ,在此基础上进行改进设计 ,并生产出TP5 5型混凝土喷射机。经现场测试该机具有喷射能力强、供料均匀、连续、可调 ,出料脉冲小、喷量稳定、粉尘浓度低、使用维护方便等优点。

Improvement design for concrete injection machine of model ZPG-2 and V bogie |

| Abstract: | The structure of model ZPG-2 and V bogie concrete injection machine and their properties are studied in the paper.On the basis of this,the improvement design was made and model TP5.5 concrete ejector was produced.The test shows it has advantages of strong spraying ability,consistent material offering,succession,easy adjustment,weak pulse producing material,steady spraying quantity,low dust concentration,convenient maintenance est.. |
