低温环境对雷达传动性能的影响

摘    要:本文介绍了在低温工作环境下,由于雷达天线座壳体的材料和轴承的材料不同,产生雷达天线座外壳的收缩变形量大于轴承的径向收缩量,出现了转动困难的现象。文中通过理论分析及试验验证,确定了现象产生的原因,通过改进设计,使产品完全能在低温环境下正常工作。

Abstract:The difficult turning phenomenon of antenna caused by shrinkage of radar antenna pedestal’s housing larger than the radial shrinkage of bearing due to different material in cryogenic environment is addressed.The cause for this phenomenon is determined by theoretical analysis and test verification and product can be made to completely work normally in cryogenic environment through design modification.
