| 摘 要： | 本文介绍炼油厂的加氢反应器和煤液化反应器在监造过程中的质量控制，包括炼钢、锻造、热处理、焊接及各阶段的质量检验。同时对设备制造的难点和在制造过程中出现的质量问题及解决措施加以阐述。以期在大型设备国产化的进程中，给同行提供借鉴或进行讨论。

| Abstract: | Quality control spots during the manufactur in g of hydrogenated reactor and coal liquefied reactor are introduced in the paper . These spots are involved in the processes of melting, forging, heat treatment and welding. The difficulties and quality problems in manufacture of the equipme nts are also specified in the paper in order to supply a guidance to making the similar equipments in China for our fellows. |
