铬循环电解氧化法合成2-甲基-1,4萘醌的中试研究

摘    要:以 2 甲基萘为原料 ,Cr6+为氧化剂 ,采用Cr循环电解氧化法进行了合成 2 甲基 1,4萘醌 ( 2 MNQ)的中试研究。结果表明 ,使用板框式电解槽、Nafion 4 2 7阳离子交换膜、Pb Sb Sn Se合金阴极和PbO2 /Ti阳极 ,在电流密度 35 0A/m2 和电解温度 70℃条件下连续运行 30 0 0h ,其平均电流效率为 73.4 % ,平均槽电压为 3.75V ,2 MNQ平均收率为 6 2 .5 % ,基本重复了小型实验结果。

Abstract:The pilot scale synthesis of 2 methyl 1,4 naphthoquinone(2 MNQ) from 2 methyl naphthalene with Cr 6+ as oxidant by recycle electrolytic oxidation of Cr were studied. Using filter press type electrolytic cell, Nafion 427 cation exchange mambrane, Pb Sb Sn Se alloy cathode and PbO 2/Ti anode at cell temperature 70 ℃ and current density 350 A/m 2 within 3 000 h continuous running, the results showed that the average current efficiency, average yield of 2 MNQ and average cell voltage were 73.4%, 62.5% and 3.75 V respectively, which are approximately in accordance with the laboratory results.
