加速冷却对10CrSiNiCu钢力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了加速冷却工艺对10CrSiNiCu钢的组织和性能的影响。用多元线性回归程序对实验数据进行了分析,并得到一组经验公式。研究发现,降低板坯加热温度、终轧温度或卷取温度能明显提高10CrSiNiCu钢的强度和低温韧性,其中卷取温度对力学性能的影响最大。通过加速冷却,可以在不影响强度的前提下,降低碳当量以改善钢的韧性和焊接性。

Abstract:The relationship between mechanical properties of steel 10CrSiNiCu and accelerated cooling processes was studied. A regression analysis was carried out on experimental data and a group of empirical equations was obtained. These equations indicated that both strength and low temperature toughness can be improved obviously by decreasing reheating, finish-rolling or coiling temperatures, Coiling temperature has the biggest effect among them. Carbon content can be reduced to improve toughness without loss in strength by strictly controlling accelerated cooling processes.
