色谱指纹图谱相似度在炼油厂循环水漏点检测中的应用

摘    要:循环水系统的油料泄漏直接影响到循环水水质及腐蚀水冷设备,为了更快、更准确的检测出漏点,采用色谱指纹图谱相似度作为炼油厂循环水漏点检测手段。而夹角余弦法是最好的计算相似度的方法,它的原理是把保留时间和峰高作为一组数据,计算余弦值,该值越接近1就越相似。设定相似度计算值在0.95-1之间,如果计算结果在此范围内,便可认为该设备可能存在漏点。通过实例验证了方法的有效性和准确性,为快速、准确检测出泄漏点提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The oil leakage of recycled water will affect the recycled water quality and corrode the recycled equipment. In order to detect the leak point faster and accurately,we use Chromatographic Fingerprints Similarity to detect the refinery recycled water leak point. Angle cosine method is the best. Its principle is to take retention time and peak height as a corresponding set of data,and calculate angle cosine's value. The closer to 1 the value is,the more siniliar to each other they are. In this paper we set the similarity value between 0.95 and 1.If the calculation result is between 0.95 and 1,the device may leak. This method's validity and accuracy have been proved by experiments,and it provides us theoretical basis for detecting leak point fast and accurately.
