双波段软件无线电接收机射频前端设计与仿真

摘    要:射频前端是无线电接收机的重要组成部分,目前常用的超外差结构射频前端虽然性能良好,但结构复杂、不易集成、便携性不高。因此文中从结构出发,采用直接变频的零中频结构设计了一种可以兼容接收短波、超短波射频信号,同时也能达到一般超外差接收机的性能指标的射频前端。并通过multisim软件仿真验证,该设计具备跨波段、高灵敏度、大动态范围等性能特点。

Abstract:RF front end is an important part of the radio receiver. As one of the most commonly used structures of RF front end at present,superheterodyne structure shows a good performance. But it still has many shortcomings,such as complicated structure,difficult integration,less portability,etc. So this article embarks from the structure. The zero intermediate frequency structure using direct conversion is adopted to design a kind of RF front end which can be compatible to receive shortwave and ultrashort wave signals,at the same time,it also can achieve the general performance of the superheterodyne receiver RF front end.Through the simulation of Multisim,the results show that the design has performance features such as multiband,high sensitivity,large dynamic range.
