| 摘 要： | 1600DA3空压机末级中冷温度高造成中间冷却器清洗频率高，分析认为冷却器气侧堵塞、冷却器滑道密封差是造成末级中冷温度高的主要原因，水量水质的控制、冷却器腐蚀也是不可忽视的因素。通过冷却器清洗新方法、水管道改造、冷却器国产化等改进措施后降低了末级中冷温度，保证安全稳定供应。

| Abstract: | High cleaning frequency of intercooler is caused by high temperature at the intercooler end of 1600 DA3 compressor .Through analysis , the main causes of high temperature are that the cooler air side is blocked , slide sealing is poor , and factors of water flow and quality control , cooler corrosion can＇t be ignored .Through such innovation measures as using new cleaning method , modifying water piping system, locally producing cooler , the intercooler temperature is reduced , and safe and stable supply is ensured . |
