LF 炉渣循环利用脱硫效果研究

摘    要:本文对LF炉热态渣循环利用后脱硫效果进行试验,试验分两种不同操作工艺,一种是在循环渣中添加石灰,另一种是不添加石灰。通过比较热态渣循环利用后LF精炼出站钢水硫含量,化学分析终渣成分以及计算硫容量和硫分配比,对热态渣循环利用的脱硫效果进行了综合评价。

Abstract:The paper introduces the experiment of desulphurization effect by recycling LF hot refining slag.The test is divided into two different operation processes:one is to add lime into recycling slag and the other is not to add lime into recycling slag .After, by comparing the S] in steel at the tapping station of LF, and analyzing the composition of final slag and calculating the sulfur capacity and sulfur distribution ratio , the effect of recycling refining slag for desulphurization can be evaluated .
