自动控制转炉吹炼终点技术的开发及应用

摘    要:自主开发的自动控制转炉吹炼终点技术,将副枪设备技术与炉气分析技术进行了完美的组合,该技术具有参数自动调整功能和终点精确控制功能。为了适应该厂冶炼条件不稳定、不固定的特殊情况,采用炉气分析系统动态调整静态模型,对照计算结果与实际情况,确定模型误差并自动调整和修正内部参数,使终点控制能进一步逼近实际。该技术有效提高转炉冶炼的经济技术指标,提高产品质量。

Abstract:The independently -developed automatic control technology of converter end smelting point combines perfectly the technology of sub -lance equipments with that of furnace gas analysis .The technology has a function of both adjusting parameters automatically and controlling the end smelting point precisely .In order to adapt to the special circumstances of unsteady and unfixed smelting conditions in the factory, the system of furnace gas analysis is used for dynamically adjusting the static model , a comparison between calculation results and actual conditions is made , and the model errors can be determined and internal parameters will be automatically revised so that the end smelting point control can get closer to actual situation .This technology can effectively enhance economic & technical index of converter smelting as well as product quality .
