ICP-AES测定锌及锌合金中的杂质元素

摘    要:HNO3溶解试样,ICP-AES直接测定锌及锌合金中微,痕量Ti、Mg、Fe、Pb、Cd,Al等杂质元素.通过对溶液酸度,锌基体影响等进行了试验,结果表明方法回收率≥90%,RSD2.5%,多年在生产中广泛应用,方法快速、简便、基体干扰小,结果准确.

Abstract:The sample was dissolved in HNO3, then ICP- AES directly determines zinc and zinc alloy micro, trace Ti, Mg, Fe, Pb, Cd, A1 and other impurity elements. The acidity of the solution and zinc matrix effects were experimentally investigated. Results showed that the recovery rate is ≥90%, RSD2. 5%. The method is widely used in production due to rapidness, simplicity, less interference and accuracy
