摘    要:针对切分后钢在冷床摔直板、齿条、对齐辊道槽型上每齿槽内存放2~3根倍尺棒材钢,摔直板变形、冷床齿条槽型不适合、对齐辊道对不齐等造成螺纹钢弯曲度超差的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的改进措施.通过重新设计冷床摔直板散热孔,提高散热能力,改进齿条槽型形式和对齐辊槽型等冷床设备,解决了螺纹钢切分生产时的弯曲度超差问题,冷床弯钢现象得到了有效的控制,提高了产品质量,降低了备件消耗.

Abstract:The paper analyzes the problem of threaded bars bending rate overproof, which is caused by falling - straight plate deformation, the unsuitable rack grooves or out of alignment of alignment tables of cooling bed under the condition of 2 -3 double length thread steel bars stored on each groove of falling straight plate, rack and alignment table of cooling bed after slitting rolling, and puts forward related improving measures. Through redesigning the heat dissipation holes to improve heat dissipation capacity, and improving the groove types of rack and alignment table of cooling bed, the problem of bending rate overproof of threaded bars produced by slitting rolling was solved and the bending phenomenon of bars stored on cooling bed was controlled effectively, the qualities of steel products were improved and the consumption of spare parts was reduced.
