摘    要:采用还原浸出法对电解锰阳极泥中锰和铅进行综合回收。以铁粉、硫铁矿、菱铁矿、硫酸亚铁和新型改性无机还原剂R还原浸出电解锰阳极泥, 分析对比浸出试验结果及浸出渣中铅提纯效果, 结果表明: 采用还原剂R, 锰浸出率达到99.96%, 浸出液经净化除杂后, 达到工业电解硫酸锰标准要求; 浸出渣经提纯富集后, 可得到铅品位64%以上的富铅料, 铅回收率84.88%。

Abstract:Manganese and lead in  electrolytic manganese anode slime were comprehensively recovered by using reduction-leaching process. Iron powder, pyrites, siderite, ferrous sulfate and a new type of modified reductant R were adopted in the process of reduction and leaching for electrolytic manganese anode slime. It is found that manganese leaching rate could be up to 99.96% with the modified reductant R, and the obtained leachate could be used for directly producing electrolytic manganese sulfate after being purified for removing iron and different heavy metals. The leaching residue was subjected to refinement and enrichment, resulting in the final lead product over 64% Pb grade at 84.88% recovery.
