摘    要:为探究颗粒对气力提升特性的影响规律, 改变其供给量、粒径以及混合比例, 探讨系统扬固特性, 并采用高速摄像仪捕捉管内混合流体结构及运移特征。结果表明: 颗粒供给量越大, 越有利于提升, 但随供给量不断增大, 提升效果趋于稳定后反而变差; 颗粒粒径越大, 提升所需临界进气量越大, 越不利于提升; 改变颗粒情况不会影响管内的流型结构, 但密集泡状流利于提升; 混合颗粒中大颗粒比例越大, 越不利于提升。故在实际工程应用中, 应针对矿层的固体情况, 作不同调整。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of particles on the lifting characteristics of air-lift system, experiments were conducted with changing supply quantity and particle size of solid particles and mixing ratio of supplied slurry, meanwhile the mixed fluid structure and transporting status in the tube were captured with a high-speed video camera. Results showed a larger supply amount of particles was beneficial to the lifting. However, with the increase of supply quantity, the lifting effect tended to be stable initially and then became worse. The larger the particle size, the bigger the critical air inflow necessary for lifting, which is less beneficial for lifting. Changing the situation of particles does not affect the flow structure inside the tube, but the dense bubble flow is beneficial. On the other hand, a larger proportion of large particles in the particles mixture are unfavorable to lifting. Therefore, in practical application, different lifting parameters shall be determined aiming at the situation of solid in the ore bed.
