摘    要:为了研究粗颗粒在深海采矿管道系统中的滑移速度, 采用粒子图像测速法对粒径为10 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm的锰结核、富钴结壳、多金属硫化物和模拟结核颗粒在垂直提升管道中的滑移速度进行了研究。试验结果表明, 粗颗粒矿石在提升管道中的滑移速度随颗粒形状系数、颗粒粒径和颗粒密度增加而增加, 随水流速度增加而减小。得到了粗颗粒矿石滑移速度计算公式, 计算结果与试验实测数据吻合较好, 对提升管道水力输送系统机理研究有一定参考价值。

Abstract:In order to investigate slip velocity of coarse particles in the lifting system for deep-sea mining, particle image velocimetry (PIV) was adopted in the study to obtain the slip velocity of artificial manganese nodules, cobalt-rich crust, polymetallic sulfide and simulated nodules with mean diameters of 10 mm, 30 mm and 50 mm in a vertical lifting pipe. The results show that the slip velocity of coarse particles increases with the increasing of particle shape factor, particle size and particle density, but decreases with an increase in fluid velocity. A formula for calculating slip velocity of coarse particles was proposed, with which the calculated value showed good consistency with the experimental measurement. It is concluded that this experimental study is of reference value for the research on hydraulic transportation mechanism of lifting pipeline system.
